c) the title(s) of the piece(s) you are submitting;
d) the genre of the piece(s) you are submitting (poetry, fiction, drama or non-fiction).
The Manuscript
Please attach your file as an rtf or word document.
Send a maximum of six poems OR one story OR one nonfiction OR one dramatic entry per issue and send only one submission at a time. The maximum length for fiction or drama is 3000 words and for nonfiction, 5000 words.
Beside the Point does not accept previously published work. Acceptance or rejection letters will be emailed. Although Beside the Point is not currently a paying market, all published work will be automatically entered into our yearly contest.
